Lots of root veg, fall fruits and paw paws are in (above photos). These are a unique local fruit with tropical tones.  Come stock up before it’s over.  There will be tomatoes for perhaps a few more weeks.  Entries for the last basket draw of the season is on.  See you on Tuesdays!  Oh!  For the month of October it’s 2-4-1 bag sale.  5 bucks get’s you two of our awesome produce bags.  Unbleached, certified organic 100% cotton, double drawstring close, 18″ x 11″.  These sweet little bags can be used for so much more than tossing your market goodies – think shoe/clothing storage, travel organization and gifts!  They wear quite well too.

The bomb!  Cherry bomb small (and flavourful!) pepper amongst the many other varieties coming in this time of season.  Bounty time is now, tomatoes nearing their end, squashes are coming in.  So much more.  Last day of season is October 29th.

You could win* a basket filled with market bounty (all donated by our vendors) and x2 of our one of a kind, special edition cotton patrons bags. *By entering the basket draw winner agrees to accept as presented & to pick up at a pre-arranged time the following week of the draw date & to a photo for our socials!  All goodies donated by our vendors and contain fresh perishables.

ELIGIBILITY: Spend $20 or more each market day. You can enter every week.

HOW: Entry slips are from vendor you purchased from and/or at the info tent – also where the entry box is. Purchases can be from multiple vendors. The vendor(s) or volunteer(s) at the INFO tent will verify your eligibility purchase.

ENTRY SLIP: **Clearly write your email address on the back of entry slip and you must put in the entry box yourself at the info tent. If we are unable to read the winning entry it we will draw again. If the winner doesn’t respond to the notification email within 24 hours we will draw again.

The winner must answer a skill testing mathematical question to be declared the winner. To be administered by email or phone. 

DRAW DATES: August 27th, September 24th and October 22nd at the end of day.  **Winners will be notified by email and if no response in 48 hours we will have draw again.

Yep it’s the time of season again!  Hard to believe we are half way through.  Currently looking for a few openers and closers for August, Sept and October.  Our last day of season is Oct. 29th.  Please visit our Volunteer Information page for details.  If you’re interested in help sustain market and spend some time in the great park outdoors (rain or shine), read the orientation sheet and complete the online volunteer application form.  Someone will get back to you shortly.  Thank you!
