Last week was our 3rd market day, and oh was a glorious day it was. Sun shining, it was warm – truly felt like good healthy spring. Hope it was the same temperature out on the farm to get things growing. Here are wild leeks, aka ramps, chives, king oyster mushrooms and of course asparagus. Nothing says the start of market season than these!
