Leeks & Carrots. Wash leeks well, chop (include green parts) up into one inch pieces. Chop carrots into same. Start with sauteing the leeks in (2 tbsp) butter, salt and pepper. Add carrots about 6-8 mins later. Serve. it's one of the best delicious, sweet in season vegetable dishes.
