Trinity Bellwoods Farmers’ Market is independently run by community volunteers. It is a modest sized market that aims to brings local agriculture and artisan foods to the community. It’s about slow food, not fast and being respectful of our footprint in the park and to our area residents who support us.
There is a vendor capacity at our location with little to no wiggle room.

Vendor Participation at Trinity is by invitation, season to season. All participating vendors have gone through the application process, vetted, approved and sign an agreement – vendors cannot participate without going through this process. Prior to each season market management will extend an invitation to returning vendors and if space availability permits i.e. decline of an invitation, potential new vendors. There is no subletting or sharing of stalls.
NOT CONSIDERED: products that use synthetic pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, contain GMO’s, re-sellers/peddlers, or purchase at the Food Terminal (which is a hub for Ontario produce, but TBFM is about buying directly from the farmer/producer), import goods, craft and skincare products, nutritional supplements, service providers or product representatives and pet food. No free sample promotional giveaways of any kind or flyers either handed out or left on tables.

Unfortunately there is no guarantee we can accommodate (re:capacity) but we are happy to have a conversation to help with navigating/connecting you to other farmers’ markets that support equity and representation to help find a good fit – markets are run differently and independently from each other. We welcome making new connections that go towards build healthy relationships and it’s great to know who’s out there!
